**TEAM LEADER PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SOLAR ENERGY(**
**Head of Project Development)**
**Background**:
The team consists of highly experienced project development experts, all of whom are committed to the expansion of solar energy with passion and conviction. We have the expertise required for project development, financing, construction and sale of our projects. Together with our partners, we ensure the high quality of our projects at all times.
In Germany, the team has already implemented around 120 solar projects with a total volume of well over 1,300 megawatts, which today produce commercially successful solar power for all partners involved.
The customer has an excellent partner network across all project phases.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Disciplinary and technical management of a motivated and successful team of project developers with a focus on all approval and planning steps to achieve construction readiness (urban land use planning)
- Examination and evaluation of project potentials with regard to approvability
- Preparation of planning requirements for the further development of our GIS system.
- Contact person of the project managers in the acquisition phase
- Support of the project managers in the presentation of the projects to political committees and decision-makers* Continuous process optimization in the area
of responsibility
- You carry out your tasks in the region - the activity will be carried out from our office in Saulheim (near Mainz) or via mobile working
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of renewable energies, geography, urban and spatial planning, landscape planning or a similar course
of study* Several years of professional experience in the approval planning of renewable energy projects* Deep understanding of legal and technical contexts of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems
- A structured, independent, goal
- and result-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial understanding
- Experience in leading committed employees* Ideally experienced handling of GIS systems
- Ability to work in a team, motivation and willingness to
learn
- Confident handling of MS Office
