We are looking for a Director, Quick Commerce Performance (all genders) to join the Local Shops team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your mission**:

- You lead a team of 6 with the mission to improve and plan our Local Shops business globally
- You lead several of Delivery Hero’s regional growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact
- You take ownership of both global and local market initiatives to strengthen our customer and platform partner relationships, and develop the performance of our Dmarts
- You work on a mix of strategic, as well as, operational hands-on topics
- You work closely with local business management to consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries
- You work across multiple countries with the country’s executive teams providing support in business analyses and operational execution
- You provide senior management with regular project performance reports and presentations based on multiple data sources
- You support senior management in ad-hoc reports, business cases, analyses and other critical topics

**Your heroic skills**:

- You gained at least 7 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a management consulting, investment banking firm or industry leader (preferably eCommerce/ internet/ technology)
- You earned your degree from a university in business, economics, management or engineering
- You are advanced in business analysis and modeling, while possessing a hands-on mentality and execution-oriented attitude
- You are highly independent, motivated and communicative, very energetic and solution-oriented in handling business challenges
- You possess logical thinking skills and self-starter mindset
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
