**Deine neuen Aufgaben**:
Als „Product Owner (all genders) CMDB/CSDM (ServiceNow) verantwortest du in einer internen Position im Team „Business Enablement“ Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Delivery Einheiten und dem ServiceNow Plattform-Team die Weiterentwicklung der CMDB innerhalb der CANCOM Managed Services GmbH. Du unterstützt mit deiner Erfahrung und Expertise das Business bei der fortlaufenden Digitalisierung und Transformation unseres Geschäfts zum führenden IT Hybrid Provider Europas
- Gemeinsam mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen sowie dem Process Owner „Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM)” erhebst du die Anforderungen zur Prozessoptimierung und Integration in die ServiceNow CMDB und dokumentierst diese in Form von Konzepten und User-Stories
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Implementierungspartnern für ServiceNow prüfst du die Möglichkeiten zur Abbildung der Anforderungen in unserer konzernweitem ITSM-Plattform ServiceNow
- Du stellst eine zielführende Integration der CMDB-Elemente in die ITSM-Betriebsprozesse (z.B. Incident-, Change
- oder Problem-Management) sowie in kommerzielle Prozesse (z.B. Service Portfolio - oder Contract-Management) unter Berücksichtigung des definierten Datenmodells (CSDM) sicher
- Du steuerst und verantwortest den Rollout neuer Implementierungen und Datenmigrationen
- Bei der Neueinführung von Managed Services sowie Pre-Sales-Anfragen und Audits zur CMDB unterstützt du die verantwortlichen Teams
- In regelmäßigen Abstimmungen identifizierst du Verbesserungspotentiale in den Prozessen sowie in ServiceNow und initiieren ggf. Changes und neue Projekte
**Das bringst du mit**:
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Product Owner (all genders), Process Manager:in oder als Service Manager:in im Umfeld eines Managed Service Providers
- Sehr gute und weitreichende Kenntnisse im Bereich „ITIL“ sowie ein breites Wissen zu IT- und Geschäftsprozessen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Bereich „SACM/CMDB“ und korrespondierender Prozesse sowie mit ITSM Tools
- Erfahrungen mit „ServiceNow“ und „CSDM“ von Vorteil
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten so-wie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um auch Workshops auf Englisch moderieren zu können (Referenz-rahmen B2)
