For our Finance team based at our HQ in Berlin, we are looking for a Working Student for (Financial Planning and Analysis) FP&A.

**Your tasks**:
You will assist in financial data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, using various financial tools and languages to provide valuable insights to support financial decision-making within the company. You should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to work with stakeholders effectively.

**Data Analysis**:

- Analyze and interpret financial data from various sources to extract meaningful insights
- Define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial success and efficiency

**Financial Reporting**:

- Generate reports that provide valuable financial insights to support decision-making across multiple teams
- Provide support to enhance daily financial reporting and analytics tasks within the company

**Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to help in financial planning and analysis

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations align with our financial deliverables

**Profile**:

- Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin, specializing in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in financial data analysis, interpretation, and financial statement visualization
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and languages (e.g., Excel, and financial modeling)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when conveying financial insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in financial scenarios
- Fluency in English (C1)

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience working in a finance, accounting, or FP&A team
- Ability to communicate in German
