Regional Subject Matter Expert
**Key Role**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience focused on Eastern Europe and Eurasian competitor issues and challenges
- Knowledge of instruments of national power, including diplomatic, informational, military, and economic (DIME) and military, informational, diplomatic, financial, intelligence, economic, law, and development (MIDFIELD) concepts
- Ability to fluently read, write, and speak a critical eastern European language with a 3/3 rating
- Ability to provide written analysis at the General Officer or Flag Officer (GO/FO) level with expectation of multiple redirects - must maintain adaptability.
- Ability to travel in Europe or to CONUS
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, or National Security Policy

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience living or working in Eastern Europe
- Experience as a client facing professional performing onsite delivery
- Knowledge of project management best practices, inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, National Security Policy or related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
