**Your training at SD Worx**

During your apprenticeship, you will be responsible for a wide range of office activities and will work in various teams to learn about bookkeeping, accounting, human resources management, secretarial work and reception - in other words, the entire spectrum of commercial activities. A special focus of your training at SD Worx is the area of payroll.

The training to become an office management assistant (M/F/d) is based on the dual principle. You learn the theory at vocational school and the practice takes place in the company. As a rule, the training lasts 3 years, but can be shortened to 2 - 2.5 years with good performance.

Our goal is to take you on as a permanent employee afterwards

For our upcoming training year starting 01.08.2023, we are looking for 3 trainees (M/F/d) as office management assistants for our Magdeburg location, 3 trainess in Dresden and 3 trainees in Dreiech (Franfurt am Main).

- Implementation of quality assurance measures

**Your qualifications**:

- Good Realschulabschluss (secondary school leaving certificate), Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification) or Abitur (high school diploma)
- Interest in working with a PC
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and systematic thinking
- Commitment, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational talent
