Payroll Manager

Payroll Expert (DE: Experte/in Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen)

Job Summary/Role

In an international, project driven and truley start up environment you will manage all salary payments for all employees and pensioners, handle product implementation, interface controls, and support automation processes, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance and drive increasing process maturity and scalabiilty

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support for various products in payroll processing.
• Deliver detailed data for year-end closing and business projects.
• Oversee interfaces between SAP and other systems, analyzing errors and ensuring payroll quality
• Implement payroll aspects of new products and legal regulations.
• Support audit and compliance requirements for regular and add hoc reports and ensure payroll controls.
• Evaluate Future-of-Work implementation and quality reports

Qualifications and Education

• Degree or commercial apprenticeship completion.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIT tools (e.g.,SAP)

• Demonstrated expertise in local payroll legislation and regulations with a strong understanding of pay processing
• Experience in implementation of systems, tools and policies
• Process and service design, with the ability to streamline workflows, improve efficiency
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
• Project management experience
