TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key accounts in Central Europe, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews for orders and schedules, efficiently processing them in the SAP system to streamline operations.
- Collaborate directly with customer portals, fostering seamless communication and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Take charge of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), effectively managing inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize delays.
- Prioritize and expedite orders when requested, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer returns efficiently, ensuring smooth processing and resolution.
- Thoroughly investigate credit and debit requests, promptly issuing appropriate credits or debits based on established procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews with assigned accounts to discuss on-time delivery (OTD), backlog, and address any general support issues.
- Review, action, and distribute all relevant order-related reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared across the organization.
- Provide technical support to customers, utilizing intranet technical references to address queries and suggest alternatives, maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Excel extensively to create and update pricing spreadsheets in a format compatible with the SAP system, enabling efficient data management.
- Proactively follow up on quotations, ensuring timely communication and increased conversion rates.

**What your background should look like**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a comparable industrial Customer Service environment.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a customer-oriented environment.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Word, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
