- Weiterentwicklung der bilanziellen Konsolidierung eines Teilkonzerns über verschiedene Konsolidierungsstufen
- Ableitung von Grundsätzen für die Konsolidierung von ausländischen und inländischen Konzerngesellschaften
- Durchführung der regelmäßigen Konsolidierung für die ebase und deren Tochtergesellschaften
- Selbstständige Ableitung von Konsolidierungsprozessen und -regeln
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von entsprechenden Dokumentationen (Überleitungen, Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen)
- Abstimmung von Bilanzierungsfragen / Konsolidierungsfragen in der FNZ Group
Unterstützung bei der Abschlusserstellung nach IFRS und HGB (Ansatz-, Ausweis
- und Bewertungsvorschriften von Finanzinstrumenten)
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen im Zusammenhang mit der Konsolidierung bspw. Management Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Risk
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen und Fragestellungen im Bereich der Konsolidierung (z.B. von Entscheidungsträger, interne Revision oder Abschlussprüfer)
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare
- QualifikationMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der rechnungslegungsbezogenen Beratung oder Prüfung von Finanzdienstleistern und Kreditinstituten oder im Bereich der bilanziellen Konsolidierung gerne auch im internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung HGB, insbesondere auch in der RechKredV für Banken
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung gemäß International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Kenntnisse in der Konsolidierung inländischer und ausländischer Niederlassungen / Beteiligungen und hiermit verbundener Überleitungsrechnungen
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Rahmen internationaler Projekte
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über Prozessabläufe in Banken von Vorteil
