Für die Abteilung **Grants** suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n
**Mitarbeiter/in Administration von Drittmittelprojekten (Grants Administrator)**
(m/w/x, Teilzeit 20 h/Woche)

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**
- Abrechnung und Kontrolle von Drittmittelprojekten unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Bestimmungen
- Prüfung der Projektbudgets, Kostenüberwachung, Erstellung von Mittelabrufen und Verwendungsnachweisen (u.a. EU, DFG, BMBF, BMWK)
- Beratung der Projektleitungen in zuwendungsrechtlichen, finanzadministrativen und projektspezifischen Fragen
- Kommunikation mit Zuwendungsgebern
- Führung der Drittmittelakten und Archivierung
- Pflege des Drittmittelbereichs in der Forschungsdatenbank, auf der ESMT-Website sowie im ESMT-Intranet
- Unterstützung des Director of Grants bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen und Statistiken für Berichtswesen

**Sie sind dafür qualifiziert, weil Sie**
- bereits einschlägige Erfahrung mit der finanziellen und administrativen Betreuung von Projekten haben (Erfahrung mit öffentlich und privat geförderten Drittmittelprojekten von Vorteil)
- sich durch ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und hohe Auffassungsgabe auszeichnen und sich dadurch schnell in komplexe Projekte mit großen Finanzvolumen einarbeiten können
- gerne eigenständige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben übernehmen und dabei gründlich und serviceorientiert vorgehen
- kompetent mit MS-Office-Anwendungen umgehen können
- sicher in Wort und Schrift auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren (Firmensprache ist Englisch)
