Your tasks
Our global Business Area HR team based in Hanover-Stöcken will offer you the exciting opportunity to get to know the daily work of our global Talent Management & Organizational Development team as part of a compulsory internship. The duration of this internship will ideally be between 3 and 6 months, whereby a combination of voluntary and compulsory internships is possible.
The focus will be on the following activities:
- Getting to know the different tasks of Talent Management & Organizational Development and participating in various HR processes
- Planning, organizing, and following up on programs, workshops and trainings e.g., R&D Graduate Program
- Designing communication material as well as actively supporting with organizational and administrative tasks
- Independent handling of special tasks and sub-projects in the field of Talent Management and Organizational Development e.g., R&D Inspiration campaign
**Profile**:
- Students (M/F/diverse) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Business Psychology or similar
- Ideally with a focus on HR or organizational development
- First practical experience in an HR environment desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office-programs
- Very good English and German skills, spoken and written
- High motivation, commitment and enthusiasm
- Independent and structured working methods and communication skills
- Creativity and assertiveness
