Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated intern (m/f/diverse) to join our dynamic communications team at Continental / Group Sector ContiTech. This compulsory internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with various aspects of our communications department over a period of 4-6 months. Interns will have the chance to independently manage projects and contribute to current initiatives, with the flexibility to combine this mandatory internship with an additional voluntary study-related internship of up to 3 months. The role allows for both on-site and remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation and execution of communication strategies aimed at enhancing the organization's reputation in key strategic areas such as Energy Management, Off-Highway, Construction & Home, and Sustainability.
- Conduct research and analysis on relevant topics and trends within various domains of corporate communications, including Internal Communication, Social Media, and Press Relations.
- Support the creation of tailored content for diverse audiences across internal, external, and digital platforms in both German and English, including text, images, and videos.
- Aid in monitoring and evaluating media coverage, compiling reports, and conducting analyses.
- Engage in independent project work, taking on responsibilities in various communication initiatives, such as website relaunches, development of training materials, and competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong command of English and very good German language skills (both written and spoken).
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about building professional relationships and expanding networks.
- Excellent communication skills, bringing unique perspectives and innovative ideas.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to organize work independently.
