Du übernimmst die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres MarTech & Analytics Teams, das sich mit der Analyse, Modellierung und Visualisierung von Daten befasst.

**Deine Rolle**:

- Management von Data-Science-Überlegungen und Vorantreiben innovativer Lösungen sowie Implementierung modernen Techniken und Tools, Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Dir fällt es leicht, große Datenmengen aufzubereiten und zielgerichtet für das Training von Modellen zu nutzen.
- Ebenso verfügst du über das notwendige Know How, um Use Cases verlässlich umzusetzen (Sicherheit und Robustheit, Performance, Datenmanagement und -qualität).
- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Datenstrategie, um datenbasierte Erkenntnisse und Geschäftswert zu generieren, inklusive Ausbau und Verbesserung unseren Web-Trackings
- Identifizierung von datengetriebenen Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung der Produktentwicklung, der Marketingstrategien und des Kundenerlebnisses
- Durchführung von komplexen Datenanalysen und statistischen Modellierungen, um Einblicke in Kundenverhalten, Markttrends und Produktleistung zu gewinnen
- Identifizierung und Integration von externen Datenquellen, um die Datenbasis für fundierte Entscheidungen zu erweitern
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und der Geschäftsführung, um datengesteuerte Lösungen in die Unternehmensstrategie zu integrieren
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Management von Data-Science-Projekten: maschinelles Lernen (ML), KI, Prognose, Optimierung, Deep Learning und NLP-Projekte
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Auswertung von A/B Tests

**Das bringt du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik, Mathematik, Chemie oder Physik, oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und im Data Science-Bereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
- Experten Wissen in Datenanalysetechniken, statistischer Modellierung und maschinellem Lernen
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Datenbanken, Big Data-Technologien und Datenvisualisierungstools
- Gute Programmierkenntnisse in SQL, MS SQL und Python oder auch weitere relevanten Programmiersprachen
- Einhalten von Best-Practices beim Arbeiten mit Code und Daten:

- GIT Version Control, Data Quality Checks, Unit Tests, CI/CD Pipelines
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Libraries und Frameworks im ML & Data Science Bereich, z:B.:

- PySpark, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Sklearn, Statmodels, Tensorflow, PyTorch
- Gutes Verständnis für Webtechnologien: Front-end, Back-end, APIs
- Gutes Verständnis für Webtracking-Konzepte: Tracking Scripts, Cookies, Pixel
- Grundlegendes Verständnis für
- und Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce und Online-Marketing
- Erfahrung in Data-Pipeline und ML-Pipeline Orchestrierung ist vorteilhaft
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und in der Vermittlung von datenbasierten Erkenntnissen an nicht-technische Stakeholder
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation auf Englisch und Deutsch und Stakeholder-Management
