**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Festlegung der Produktionsreihenfolge im Zuständigkeitsbereich unter Berücksichtigung von Terminvorgaben, Fertigungskapazitäten, Materialkapazitäten und der Auftragssituation
- Aufgliederung der Aufträge nach Typen, Baumustern, Fertigungsstellen, etc. mit vielschichtigen Zusammenhängen und Einflussparametern
- Verfolgung des Produktionsfortschrittes durch Verwaltung und Überwachung von Arbeitsaufträgen im SAP
- Bereichsübergreifende Abstimmung und Einplanung nicht terminierter Kundenaufträge (Pflege OTD)
- Koordination & Kontrolle der Verfügbarkeit aller erforderlichen Elemente für eine termingerechte Auslieferung
- Organisieren des zeitplangemäßen Materialtransports mit verpacken und Versendung
- Zusammentragen und weiterleiten von Informationen, die eine Auswirkung auf die Produktion haben (Verzögerung, Verschrottungen, Nachverfolgung fehlender Teile, Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Komponenten, NC´s, Concessions)
- Bearbeitung von Coverage-Themen mit KPI-Verfolgung
- Schnittstelle für alle Störungen bei Materialthemen für den Fertigungsbereich Elektrische Komponenten
- Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für DAHER für Logistik Themen

**Sie haben folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und fachspezifische Erfahrung (z.B. Logistik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikationen in Produktionsplanungs
- und Steuerungssystemen
- Grundwissen von Produktionsabläufen, sowie Grundlagen im Bereich der Materialsteuerung
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikationsfähigkeit und gute Selbstorganisation
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind vorhanden
- SAP Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch werden vorausgesetzt
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse in Spanisch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
