Der Bereich TE Technology Business ist für die Realisierung und Betreuung der Produkte für unsere Businesskund:innen verantwortlich. Mit über 500 Mitarbeiter:innen auf mehr als 10 Standorten über ganz Deutschland verteilt sind wir für Kleinunternehmen, den Mittelstand und Großkonzerne tätig. Zudem gehören viele Organisationen aus dem öffentlichen Bereich zu unseren Kund:innen. Das Produkt-Portfolio enthält u.a. Mobilfunk, Internetanschlüsse, Firmennetzwerke und verschiedene Festnetz-Sprachservices. Zusätzlich zum Standard-Produktportfolio haben wir spezielle Lösungen für einige Kund:innen entwickelt, um deren spezielle Anforderungen zu erfüllen.

Wir suchen Dich für die Auftragsrealisierung ausgewählter Kund:innen, die auch spezielle Lösungen nutzen. Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Abwicklung und koordinierst alle erforderlichen Tätigkeiten für die Bereitstellung des Produktes an die Kund:innen. Dabei unterstützen Dich zahlreiche Bereiche und Lieferant:innen. Die Kommunikation mit Kundenansprechpartner:innen via Telefon oder Mail wird von Dir durchgeführt.

**Was Dich erwartet**:

- Du verantwortest als Implementation Owner die eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung komplexer Migrations
- und Anschaltkonzepte
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich technisch komplexe Projekte durch
- Du übernimmst die Vertretung des Gruppenleiters
- Du agierst als technische:r Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen für FN-Projekte
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich Kundendokumentationen zu Migrations
- und Anschaltkonzepten

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Projekterfahrung, sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Prozessabläufe im Mobilfunk und Festnetz
- Teamfähigkeit, eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ein strukturierter Umgang mit Zahlen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER)

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
