**Was erwartet dich in unserer ersten Business Unit**:Wir entwickeln B2B-Software für Maschinen
- Fabrik und Anlagenplanung sowie Simulation. Wir bringen die Spieleentwicklung in die Industrie, damit setzen wir Trends und erfreuen uns immer mehr Nutzern unserer Software.

**Was erwartet dich in unserer zweiten Business Unit**:Interaktive Anwendungen und Sonderlösungen für Museen, und das Sportentertainment. Da reicht die Palette von einer AR Fotobox bis hin zur begehbaren VR Simulation für die Polizei und Bundeswehr.

**Dein Job**

Als **Technical Artist/ 3D-Artist** bei iXtenda kannst du deine technischen Fähigkeiten und deinen ausgeprägten Sinn für Ästhetik auf zahlreichen Wegen einbringen.

In der Projektarbeit in kleinen, wechselnden Teams arbeitest du eng mit unseren Entwicklern und Designern zusammen. Dein Verantwortungsbereich erstreckt sich hierbei von der visuellen Konzeption, über die Entwicklung von 3D-Workflows bis hin zur Asset-Produktion.

Du hilfst unsere internen Prozesse zu optimieren und automatisieren. Dabei hast du Spaß an der Recherche neuer Technologien und teilst deine Erkenntnisse gern, um auch deinen Kollegen den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichtern.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Konzeption und Entwicklung von Asset-Pipelines für verschiedene Projekte
- Optimierung von Grafik-Workflows / Workflow-Automatisierung
- Erstellen von fotorealistischen Assets für Echtzeitanwendungen
- Implementation und Arrangement von Assets, Effekten und Licht in Unity 3D
- Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden über den Projektverlauf

**Deine Hard-Skills**
- Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (in Sprache und Schrift)
- Weitreichende Erfahrung in **Unity 3D** und technisches Verständnis der Engine (**mindestens 4-5 Jahre**)
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in C# oder einer anderen Programmiersprache
- Souveräner Umgang und Erfahrung mit einer oder mehreren 3D-Erstellungs-Suiten (**Blender** bevorzugt)
- Technische Fähigkeiten zur Performance
- und Speicher-Optimierung von 3D-Szenen und -Modellen
- Erfahrung mit Arbeitsabläufen in der 3D-Pipeline, wie Modellierung, Texturierung, Rigging, Animation oder Beleuchtung mit HDRP/URP
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von interaktiven Echtzeitanwendungen

- Arbeitserfahrung als Freelancer
- Erfahrung mit im UI / UX Design (Figma, AdobeXD)
- Erfahrung mit dem Unity VFX-/Shader-Graph
- Erfahrung mit kaufmännischen/industriellen Daten (CAD, BIM, Punktwolken etc.)
