This role is a temporary contract of 12 months to cover for a parental leave.

Who we are looking for
As a Brand Creative Senior Designer in one of our key cities in the EMEA geography, based within the Nike European Brand Creative Studio network, the role will be required to deliver creative work that aligns with both the City Consumer Offense and EMEA Brand Creative functional goals.

The role requires leadership of projects, focusing on the look and feel of the brand, helping drive the creative vision with a small team of designers as support. The work in the City focuses on editorial, app innovation & launches and campaigns that go full end-to-end, working from concept to execution across all of our digital and physical channels (when needed). You will play a meaningful role in developing and supervising work that is a mix of origination for Berlin projects and extending and aligning against Global/EMEA directives.

This position requires creating a positive relationship with the rest of the creative team, from narrative to experience to production against all creative. Your experiences should have a mix of a few fields, from photo direction, to understanding and working against a story narrative, to graphic design, communication and moving image. The position requires experience in many different mediums, from communication and editorial to advertising & spatial design, with a strong conceptual process that drives the work across every touchpoint.

It is also important for this role to have clear digital platform understanding, with a passion for working with the latest software, and knowledge of the different channels and the creative that clearly works into them, whilst driving compelling innovative solutions. You will lead projects, working closely with both producers and storytellers to deliver well-crafted and innovative creative. You will understand the seasonal strategy and always execute against it. You will also work closely with the Art director and/or the City Creative Director where needed.

You are a functional expert, passionate and connected to the creative industry - looking at the latest trends in art direction and graphic design and this ever-expanding knowledge, network and interest both encourages and drives your creative thinking

What you will work on
The work will be varied and will involve working on briefs that deliver against our city consumer direct offense. These projects will deliver to their marketing brief across all of our marketing channels.

You will work to develop the look and feel, layout, visual language, and craft of the projects. To this point, you must strive under pressure but be positively and emotionally always engaged. Considering this, you need to be extremely proficient in matrix navigation, multiple stakeholder management, and be able to undertake enterprise thinking while working on the details. You will help lead varied projects daily and have the ability to jump across them while maintaining great communication across all of the work.

You are a creative specialist that is hungry for innovative thinking, and will be required to work against, in close partnership with the Creative Leadership Teams, the future vision of the brand across every consumer touch point, from brand defining to member defining with full end-to-end communication.
