Aufgaben

As a Producer within the Nike Berlin Creative Studio, you will work
alongside Art Direction, editorial and Narrative teams, reporting to
the Creative Studio Operations Manager. You will have production and
project management experience across various mediums, both physical and
digital. You are passionate, exceptionally organized and enjoy finding
solutions whatever the challenge. A natural team player with strong

As a Producer within the Nike Berlin Creative Studio, you will work

You have a wealth of experience when it comes to working directly
with creatives and also commissioning work from a varied and broad
network of agencies and creative individuals. Whether you’re on set
managing the production of a shoot, commissioning an illustrator or
working with an agency to develop an innovative tech solution, you don’t
get phased by the unknown - but rather energized by the challenge of
learning as you go.

When it comes to communication you are able to digest, edit and
circulate the most important information clearly and effectively to
various stakeholders. No matter how complex the project, you always
remain clear on priorities and are not afraid to ask for advice where
needed. You’re a natural collaborator who knows how to get the best out
of everyone. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and you’re not afraid to
ask questions when you’re unsure. When things get tricky, and you
anticipate protentional complications you’re raise your hand and inform
others in good time.

Qualifikation

You will report directly into the Creative Studio Operations Manager,
but day-to-day, you will focus on managing complex productions across
multiple mediums delivering premium and inspirational stories and
experiences for the consumer. Working within a multi-disciplinary team,
you’ll work collaboratively to execute against the brief delivering on
time and within budget. The work in Berlin will range from editorial
work featuring the Berlin community to Live experience both online and
in-person. Innovative thinking, strategy and tactical member execution
end-to-end Creative Offense where appropriate. You will work from
strategy through concept and finish with premium executions at all
levels across all channels, always thinking about the next click.

From project to project, you’ll work with the creative team to
commission various creative partners from world-renowned agencies to up
and coming individuals.

As part of the wider production team, you’ll drive best practice and help ensure functional excellence at all times.
