Verstärken Sie unser Team im Frankfurt

Aufgaben

IHRE AUFGABEN BEI UNS
- Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Dienstleistungserbringung sowie Überwachung aller anfallenden Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs
- sowie Wartungsarbeiten innerhalb Ihres Rechenzentrums
- Vertretung des Gesamtstandortleiters (m/w/d)
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Inspektionsrundgängen und Sicherheitsinspektionen
- Fachliche Führung für das gesamte Technikerteam (m/w/d) im Tagesgeschäft sowie Initiierung und Durchführung sämtlicher Trainings-/Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für Ihr Team
- Erstellung von Jahreswartungsplänen und der nachfolgenden Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsunterweisungen sowie Überwachung und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller Gesundheits
- und Arbeitssicherheits-Richtlinien
- Terminierung, Durchführung und Nachhaltung der vertraglich vereinbarten und zusätzlich beauftragten Wartungsarbeiten
- Einhaltung der vereinbarten Serviceziele zur Erreichung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Überwachung sowie Optimierung der laufenden und wiederkehrenden Kosten (Personal, Fremd
- und Material-Leistungen, Eigenleistungstiefe, Gemeinkosten)
- Initiierung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsmaßnamen der Standardprozesse im Rechenzentrum sowie Implementierung von Best-Practice-Methoden

Darüber hinaus sollten Sie folgende Qualifikationen / Eigenschaften mitbringen:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene elektronische / elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit Schaltberechtigung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der elektronischen Wartung und Instandhaltung in kritischen Infrastrukturen sind bei Ihnen gegeben
- Darüber hinaus haben Sie erste Erfahrungen im Umfeld der Data Center gesammelt
- Sie haben zudem Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und Koordination eines interdisziplinären Teams gesammelt und verstehen es, diese zumotivieren und weiterzubilden
- Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit qualitativen Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen, welche die Gesundheit Ihrer Teammitglieder gewährleistet
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie auch ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Auftreten nach innen und außen
- Sie sind darüber hinaus lösungsorientiert, können sich artikulieren und gehen Ihre Aufgaben selbstständig an
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind fl ießend in Wort und Schrift
