**Chapter Lead Marketing Communications (*)**:
Bei ista arbeiten wir nach der agilen Logik in interdisziplinären Teams. Für das Chapter Marketing (entspricht einem Fachbereich) suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Chapter Lead Marketing.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du verantwortest die disziplinarische Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Chapter-Mitglieder (aktuell 13 Marketing Manager) und rekrutierst Top-Talente
- Für deine Chapter Mitglieder bist du Ansprechpartner und Coach in allen fachlichen Fragen.
- Du definierst mit deinem Chapter Standards und Best Practices für eine moderne und zielgruppengerechte Marketing-Kommunikation bei ista
- Du stellst die inhaltliche und kreative Qualität der Kommunikation sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Brand, Onlinemarketing, Content-Creation, anderen agilen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen
- Mit deiner fachlichen Expertise bringst du nicht nur dein Chapter voran, sondern arbeitest zu ca. 50% deiner Zeit aktiv in einem Squad (Team) mit
- Im Squad entwickelst und managst du Konzepte zur Vermarktung unserer Bestandsprodukte sowie neuer Produkte und Services. Dabei gehört auch die Planung und Steuerung von Marketingmaßnahmen inkl. der Budget-Kontrolle zu deinen Aufgaben

**Deine Kompetenzen**:

- Du hast umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Marketing, insbesondere im Kampagnenmanagement
- Du bist erfahren in der Führung von Teams. Dabei zeichnet dich aus, dass dir die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen am Herzen liegt
- Du bist erfahren in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von komplexen Marketingkampagnen und idealerweise auch vertraut mit der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Services
- Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für kreative Excellenz
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse und bist in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte einfach zu machen
- Du bist gut organisiert und kannst gut organisieren
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und vertrittst deine Positionen bei internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift
