**Chapter Lead Process, Regulations & Quality Management (*)**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new Chapter members
- You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
- In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
- You ensure the team adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines
- You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
- You maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders
- You are responsible for the implementation of the expected team results
- You actively contribute your expertise in Process_Regulations_Quality and work in one of the squads up to 50 % of your working time
**Your background**:
- Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
- With your strong communication skills, you always manage to win others over and inspire them - across all hierarchical levels
- You have extensive experience in Process_Regulations_Quality and are aware of current trends
- You have knowledge of relevant technologies, tools and working methods, and ideally have experience in an agile work environment
- You have a high willingness to learn and change
- You have strong analytical skills as well as your pragmatic and action-oriented way of working
- You are business fluent in English and German
- You and you lead your team to define, maintain, improve and implement the procure to pay process consistent with the required quality policy, corporate strategy
- You describe links and interactions with other processes and managing interfaces
- You analyze chances and risks and initiate required activities
- You supervise and control an effective and efficient process and resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence
- You ensure compliance with regulations
- You report any discrepancies to the supervisor preventively and proactively
- You are responsible for ensuring supplier’s compliance to ista defined quality performance standards
- You continuously develop the suppliers on the basis of findings from supplier audits in order to meet ista’s requirements
