Die **General Atomics AeroTec Systems GmbH (GA-ATS)** ist ein Luftfahrtunternehmen mit Sitz in Weßling / Oberpfaffenhofen. Wesentlicher Schwerpunkt der Geschäftstätigkeit ist die Herstellung, Modernisierung und Wartung des Flugzeugs Do228 sowie die Wartung von Business Jets und Militärhubschraubern. Als Tochterunternehmen der international agierenden General Atomics Europe Gruppe ist sie von essenzieller Bedeutung für den Luftfahrtbereich und verbindet die klassische Liebe zur Luftfahrt mit Präzision, Innovation und Verantwortung.
Hierfür benötigen wir motiviertes und qualifiziertes Personal an unserem **Standort am Sonderflughafen Oberpfaffenhofen.**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als **Teamleiter HSE (m/w/d)** verantworten Sie allgemein die Planung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits
- und Umweltschutzprozesse bei der GA-ATS. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie auch die Aufgaben der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit gemäß -6 Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) mit folgenden Schwerpunkten:
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der Führungskräfte bei allen Fragen und Aufgaben rund um den Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung bestehender gesetzlicher und berufsgenossenschaftlicher Vorschriften und Regelwerke
- Aufbau und Integration von Sicherheits
- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen in bestehende und neue Arbeitsprozesse/Arbeitsplätze
- Gefahrstoffmanagement (Beurteilung der Risiken beim Einsatz von Gefahrstoffen, Anlegen von Gefahrstoffstammsätzen, Erstellung von Betriebsanweisungen, etc.)
- Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung betrieblicher Sicherheitsunterweisungen und bei der Erstellung zugehöriger Präsentationsunterlagen
- Erstellung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Betriebsanweisungen für Maschinen, Geräten und PSA
- Organisation, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsplatzbegehungen
- Erstellung von Unfallanzeigen sowie Anfertigung von Statistiken und Reports
- Durchführung von Unfallursachenanalysen, einschließlich Mitarbeit bei der Ableitung von geeigneten Schutzmaßnahmen zur Verhinderung gleichartiger Unfälle
- Zusammenarbeit und Austausch mit den internen Sicherheitsbeauftragten
Im Weiteren übernehmen Sie als Fachkraft für Umweltschutz proaktiv die erforderliche Kommunikation mit den Behörden (Landratsamt, Landesanstalt für Umwelt) und erarbeiten zusammen mit den internen Beteiligten die jeweilige regelmäßige Berichterstattung (z. B. Lösemittelbilanz, Emissionserklärung) und die Berichterstattung im Zuge laufender Projekte. Zudem übernehmen Sie die Aufgaben des betrieblichen Abfallbeauftragten und fokussieren bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit und den regelmäßig stattfindenden Betriebsbegehungen auch den Aspekt des betrieblichen Umweltschutzes.
**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Dipl.Ing. oder Master)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
- Zusatzstudium bzw. zusätzliche Qualifikationen mit Bezug auf umweltrelevante Themen wie z. B. Umweltmanagement, Immissionsschutz, Abfall, Gewässerschutz, Störfall
- Zusatzqualifikationen mit Bezug auf den Arbeitsschutz wie z. B. Laserschutzbeauftragter, Strahlenschutzbeauftragter, Brandschutzbeauftragter, Arbeitsschutzauditor wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im EHS-Bereich
- Hohes Maß an Beratungskompetenz und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungsfähigkeit bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen betrieblichen Schnittstellen
- Proaktive, gewissenhafte, gut strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Routinierter und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
