Loads & Aeroelastics Engineer

As a Loads & Aeroelastics Engineer, you will be responsible for performing aerodynamic analysis and load calculations on aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative aerospace solutions. You will also conduct wind tunnel testing and analyze the results to optimize the aerodynamic performance of aircraft.

In addition, you will:

• Perform structural analysis to determine the loads on various aircraft components
• Develop load models and perform load calculations using simulation software
• Conduct aeroelastic analysis to assess the dynamic response of aircraft structures
• Participate in the design and optimization of aircraft structures to improve performance and efficiency
• Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that the aircraft meets performance and safety requirements

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly analytical and detail-oriented engineer with a strong background in aerospace engineering. You should have a deep understanding of aerodynamics and structural analysis, as well as experience with simulation software and wind tunnel testing.

Key qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in aerodynamic analysis and load calculation
• Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, MATLAB, or similar
• Experience with wind tunnel testing and data analysis
• Strong understanding of aircraft structures and aeroelasticity
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
