- Du entwickelst Kommunikations
- und Mediastrategien für namhafte Marken und schaffst damit die Plattform für eine erfolgreiche Mediaaktivierung
- Dabei arbeitest du gemeinsam mit unseren Kundenberatungsteams und allen Experten
- Deine Strategien basieren auf starken Konsumenteninsights, einem tiefen Verständnis von Marken und dem Businesskontext unserer Kunden und Neukunden
- Dabei nutzt du dein Data & Digital Mindset, um noch näher an Konsumenten zu kommen und die Kommunikation maximal zielgenau auszusteuern
- In Workshops erarbeitest du mit einem Team kreative Mediaaktivierungen
- Du liebst es am Puls der Zeit zu sein und eigene Perspektiven zu Innovationen und Trendthemen für die Agentur und Kunden zu entwickeln
- Mit Coaching und Training von Kollegen anderer Teams rund ums Thema Strategie gibst du dein Können weiter
- Du bist dabei Teil des Business-Development & Strategy Teams und profitierst von einer großen Community an langjährigen, erfolgreichen Strategen lokal und global
- Durch die kontinuierliche Einbindung in New Business Projekte erlangst du tiefere Einblicke in unterschiedlichste Märkte und Herausforderungen

- Du bringst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Mediaplanung/-beratung mit
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der strategischen Markenführung. Egal, ob du diese Erfahrung bei einer Beratung, in Kreativ;
- Media-, Digitalagenturen oder auf Kundenseite gesammelt hast
- Du hast ein Gespür für digitale Kommunikationstrends - und übersetzt deine neuen Erkenntnisse für unsere Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
- Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht darstellen und überzeugend präsentieren
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, hohe Eigenmotivation und besitzt einen ausgeprägten Innovationsanspruch, um auch neue Wege mitzugestalten
- Du bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Maß an Kontaktstärke sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit mit
