Die Deutsche Bank (DB) kann auf eine sehr erfahrene und engagierte Abteilung für die Bekämpfung von Finanzkriminalität (Anti Financial Crime, AFC) zurückgreifen. Diese spielt eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, der Finanzkriminalität bei Geschäftsaktivitäten und globalen Finanzdienstleistungen der DB vorzubeugen und gleichzeitig die Interessen der Bank und der Gesellschaft zu wahren.

Um Finanzkriminalität wirksam zu bekämpfen und flexibel auf Herausforderungen zu reagieren, hat AFC eine Matrixstruktur, die regionale, geschäftsbereichsbezogene und globale Funktionen vereint. Sie teilt sich in die folgenden Kernbereiche auf: Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Investigations & Intelligence, Monitoring & Screening und Risk Assessment. Teil unseres Engagements ist es, eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Geschäftsbereichen und Unterstützungsfunktionen innerhalb unserer Bank zu stärken.

**Anti-Financial Crime**

Das Management Board hat die Aufgaben und Maßnahmen zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche, der Bekämpfung von Terrorismusfinanzierung, der Überwachung von Finanz
- und Handels-Sanktionen sowie der Bekämpfung anderer krimineller Aktivitäten (z.B. Korruption und Bestechung) an Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) delegiert.

Das Ziel von AFC ist die Identifizierung von Risiken resultierend aus Finanzkriminalität, welche die Integrität und somit den Erfolg der Deutschen Bank gefährden, deren bestmögliche Verhinderung, oder falls geschehen, deren angemessene Aufklärung im Interesse aller beteiligten Parteien. Alle Mitarbeiter-/innen der Deutschen Bank sind persönlich für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Vorgaben zur Vorbeugung von Finanzkriminalität verantwortlich. Um die Mitarbeiter-/innen bei der Erfüllung dieser Pflichten zu unterstützen, hat AFC die Aufgabe Policies und Procedures zu erstellen, zu implementieren und regelmäßig zu überprüfen um die Finanzkriminalitätsrisiken zu minimieren. Dies umfasst auch lokale Vorgaben (gesetzlich und regulatorisch) der Länder in denen die Deutsche Bank aktiv ist.

**Aufgaben-/Rollenbeschreibung**
- Sie arbeiten in für das Transaction Screening relevanten Themen und Projekten, sowie an Change Requests im Zusammenhang mit dem Transaction Screening. Dies schließt diverse, z.T. jährliche Kontrollen mit ein, z.B. Sanctions Risk Acceptance Process (SRAP), Message Filter Review, Filtering Requirement Documentation (FRD), etc..
- Sie überwachen die Schnittstellen der angeschlossenen Front-End-Systeme und stellen damit eine termingerechte, akkurate und vollständige Lieferung der jeweiligen Daten zwischen den Liefersystemen und dem Transaction Screening System sicher (Interface Completeness).
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem AFC Sanctions & Embargos Bereich, dem Business und der Transaction Screening IT zusammen.
- Sie sind Teil der Transaction Screening Working Group, die sich im Zusammenhang mit Transaction Screening relevanten data governance Themen auseinandersetzt. Diese sind u.a. die Überwachung und die Abarbeitung von data quality (DQ) issues.
