**Requirements**:
**Your new role**
- You support the development of our offers in large and complex deals
- You will familiarize yourself with the tools and procedures
- You analyze tender documents to understand the requirements and needs of our customers
- You organize bid processes to deliver bids within time and budget
- You ensure that the offer documents for the customer are complete
- You organize workshops and meetings and ensure follow-up of the results
- You support the preparation of internal reviews and ensure the inclusion of the necessary support units as part of the offer approval
- You support securing the results of all phases of the offer process
- You support knowledge support and the further development of our processes
- You proactively identify and implement best practices for quality assurance as well as further development of existing supply processes

**About you**
- You have initial experience in bid management, sales or business development
- You have a completed degree (business administration/computer science) or a comparable qualification/training in IT
- You have an agile mindset, a high level of quality awareness and are characterized by a structured, independent way of working
- You enjoy working in highly motivated teams and are flexible, creative, innovative and confident in your appearance
- You have strong time management abilities with experience in Managing and prioritising multiple tasks and projects
- You speak German, English & Spanish fluently
