Summary

For the department "Business Development Operations" we are looking for a "Business Development and Sales Process Coordinator (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location as soon as possible.

The department "Business Development Operations" consists of the three areas "International Partner Management", "Market and Business Intelligence" and "Processes, Methods and Tools". "Processes, Methods and Tools" is responsible for simplifying our Business Development and Sales business processes to better meet the needs of our customers.

Your Tasks- Continuous measurement and analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes in business development and sales (e.g. monitoring of sales KPIs)- Independent monitoring of business development and sales workflows, as well as analysis of existing process interfaces including the derivation and implementation of measures for process optimization in coordination with the relevant stakeholders- Independent development and implementation of training measures for business development and sales employees- Development and coordination of process documentation in coordination with internal and external interfaces (e.g. guidelines, templates, checklists)- Execution of annual internal and external process audits (e.g. EN9100 surveillance audit)- Co-responsibility for the life cycle of the customer review process- Communication with and management of internal and external customers and suppliers- Independent project management of sub-projects in the area of responsibility

Your Profile- Completed studies in the field of business administration, computer science, engineering or comparable- Experience in business development, sales or business process optimization of an industrial company- First experience with the implementation and optimization of IT systems advantageous- Distinct analytical skills- Confident appearance and strong communication skills- Independent and implementation-oriented way of working- Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and willingness to take on responsibility- Fluent in German and English
