You will also own the campus relations strategy for the region, to support our regional traineeship programs talent flow, developing strong relationships with key universities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain, in collaboration with the appropriate departments, visual materials and talk points to support regional HR teams in their local campus events to ensure message consistency and best-in-class employer branding
- Lead on‐campus recruitment platforms and increase brand awareness among target institutions
- Utilizing a data-driven approach, analyze and assess the Talent Acquisition processes to identify, recommend, and execute on continuous process improvement projects
- Understand TA regulatory environment (GDPR), selection practices, and downstream implications when changes occur consulting with appropriate teams when necessary, including HRIS, PMO, Compensation, Legal, etc.
- Act as ATS (Kenexa) superuser and support system administration for both planned and ad hoc optimization projects
- Provide support in execution of projects and initiatives related to Kenexa and TA Processes such as: streamlining global processes and continued ATS harmonization across businesses and regions
- Guide and mentor recruiters as it relates to TA processes and Kenexa matters
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Create & maintain internal documentation that supports the TA team processes
- Oversee the regional recruitment budget
- Manage TA team inbox tasks related to recruiting and delegate tasks to the appropriate teams
- Help organize and deliver internal and external recruiting events

You Are / Have:
- Project management skills: you like to take the lead and coordinate projects and programs, can pull together the right people, keep track of actions and drive for results for various initiatives
- Owner mindset: You're someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Process-Oriented: You can look at the big picture and connect dots between different processes. You do not hesitate to suggest improvements to optimize existing processes to make recruitment operations more efficient.
- Team attitude: You will be part of a mid-size team and can collaborate well with your colleagues and are also able to work autonomously if needed.
- High standards: you are familiar with different EU regulations, including works councils and GDPR
- Analytical and good with numbers: data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating TA and employee management systems as well as Excel documents
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or equivalent
- 5 years of work experience, including 2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in English, other EU languages are a plus
- Great command of Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Consistent record of working with ATS systems at superuser level, Kenexa experience is a competitive advantage
