Aufgaben
- Sachbearbeitung im Bestands
- und Abrechnungsservice
- Prüfung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Buchung von Provisionen
- Erfassung und Zuordnung von Provisionen und Courtagen
- Rechnungsstellung im Maklerinkasso
- Kontrolle von Zahlungseingängen, Prüfung von Sollstellungen inklusive Forderungsmanagement
- Überwachung von Fristen und Terminen
- Korrespondenz mit Versicherungsgesellschaften und Kundenberatern
- PC-gestützte Datenerfassung, -pflege und -auswertung sowie regelmäßiges Reporting

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise in der Versicherungswirtschaft
- Analytisches, strukturelles und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
- Zahlenaffinität, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigenmotivation
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere mit Excel
