**Über die Position**:
Als **Sales Assistant (m/w/d)** unterstützt du das Sales Team im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst dabei folgende Aufgaben:

- Du unterstützt die Sales Manager:innen im Tagesgeschäft, z.B. bei der Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Anfragen, der Abwicklung von Auftragseingang/Ausgang oder Bestellungen sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
- Du bist für die internationale Kundenbetreuung zuständig und agierst als Ansprechpartner:in für unterschiedlichste Kundenanliegen
- Du bereitest Sales & Purchase Meetings vor und protokollierst diese
- Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (Telefon, Datenpflege o. Ä.)

**Wir suchen**:

- einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung oder einem abgeschlossenen Studium - wir sind für jegliche Ausbildungs
- oder Studienhintergründe offen
- ersten praktischen Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit, z.B. als Assistenz im Bereich Sales oder Purchase
- einer proaktiven, eigenständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- sehr guten Kenntnissen in MS-Office, insb. Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint
- fließenden Deutsch
- (mind. C1) und guten Englischkenntnissen (mind. B2)
