Job Title: Sales Assistant at REWE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our store by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Check and manage incoming goods, control inventory, and shelve products with attention to quality and completeness.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Commercial education or relevant experience in retail.
  • Skills: Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for retail and customer interaction, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
