Stellenbeschreibung

Als Ansprechpartner für telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen zu Geschäftspartnerbeziehungen stellt der Associate Large & Key Account Service die fachliche Betreuung von Kunden (Händlern), Vertriebsmitarbeitern und Vertriebspartnern nach gültigen Servicelevel sicher.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von nationalen sowie internationalen Kunden (Händlern) im Zusammenhang mit Verträgen, Produkten, Transaktionen und Abrechnungsanfragen- Ansprechpartner für Vertriebskollegen im Außendienst, Vermittler, Vertriebspartner sowie Handelsvertreter bei sämtlichen kundenbezogenen Serviceanfragen- Aufbereitung und Bearbeitung von eingehenden Anfragen, Aufträgen und Beschwerden von Kunden (Händlern) und Dienstleistern bzw. entsprechende Weiterleitung an zuständige Fachbereiche/Dienstleister- Outbound-Anrufe bei Klärungsfällen mit den Händlern- Einhaltung der definierten Übergabeprozesse an relevante Schnittstellen- Erstellung nachvollziehbarer Dokumentationen in CRM- und Ticketsystemen- Ausführen von Buchungskorrekturen der Kreditkarten Transaktionen- Transaktionsrecherchen- Nachforschungen und zielgerichtete Klärung bei Störungen der Transaktionsdateien- Anpassungen und Änderungen von relevanten Stammdaten gemäß Prozessdokumentation- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit an internen und externen Projekten- Bereitschaft zum SchichtdienstQualifikationen
- Quereinstieg möglich, kaufmännische Ausbildung- Berufserfahrung in der qualifizierten B2B-Kundenbetreuung (Telefon/Schrift) von nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern wünschenswert- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch- Routinierter Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie Erfahrungen mit CRM- und Ticketsystemen wünschenswert- Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleitungssektor wünschenswert- Starke Serviceorientierung bei der Ausführung aller Tätigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kundenfreundlichkeit- Kommunikationsstärke in der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenbetreuung- Eigenständige und teamorientierte ArbeitsweiseZusätzliche Informationen
