- Aufgaben:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung einer umfassenden Geschäftsstrategie, die auf Marktanalysen, Wettbewerbsbe-obachtung und Kundenfeedback basiert
- Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und neuen Geschäftsfeldern im Gesundheitswesen durch Marktanalysen und Trendbeobachtung
- Leitung von Initiativen zur Produktentwicklung und -innovation, um das Produktportfolio des Unternehmens konti-nuierlich zu verbessern und anzupassen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften mit anderen Unternehmen, Institutionen und Organisationen im Gesund-heitswesen, um Synergien zu nutzen und neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen
- Mitentscheidung über die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens als Teil des Management Boards
- Führung der Teams Product Management & Innovation sowie Business Excellence & Project Management Office
- Aktive Gestaltung des Bereichs sowie das Vorantreiben kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Produktanalysen, -konzeptionen und -optimierungen
- Evaluation bestehender Produkte und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Übernahme der Personalverantwortung, Förderung der Entwicklung im Team und Formulierung einer klaren Zielset-zung für eine effektive und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Teams, um innovative, funktionsfähige Produkte zu entwickeln
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den verschiedenen Unternehmenseinheiten (z.B. Operation, Technology, Markt & Kunde)
- Profil:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Business Development oder einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwis-senschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Interesse an unternehmerischer Prozessgestaltung und -optimierung
- Der stetige Wille bestehendes zu Hinterfragen und eine neue Perspektive einzubringen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien im Gesundheitswesen
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Gesundheitsbranche, einschließlich regulatorischer Anforderungen, Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnisse
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten zu interpretieren, um fundierte strategische Ent-scheidungen zu treffen
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Interessen-gruppen zu interagieren
- Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu entwickeln, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
