Financial Controller

Als Financial Controller:in (m/w/d) bei Forte Digital Germany bist du für die Überwachung und Steuerung der finanziellen Aktivitäten bei uns verantwortlich. Du arbeitest sehr eng mit dem Management zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die Geschäftsziele erreicht werden und die Finanzen des Unternehmens im Einklang mit den Vorschriften und Standards der Industrie stehen.
Auch wenn wir ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell anbieten, sollte dein Wohnsitz in Berlin sein. Die Position als Financial Controller:in ist eine Teilzeitstelle, mit einem flexiblen Arbeitszeitplan. Aktuell planen wir mit circa 20 Stunden pro Woche.
**Requirements**:
**Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen**:
- Überwachung und Analyse von Finanzdaten, um Trends zu identifizieren und potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von definierten Reportings, Forecasts sowie Cashflow-Statements
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, um das Budget, Forecasts, Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse zu überwachen
- Es gibt eine Firmenstruktur mit mehreren Unternehmen, sodass Du auch intercompany Verrechnungen sowie einen Cashpool im Blick haben solltest
- Unterstützung bei M&A Prozessen
- Vorbereitung der Finanzbuchhaltung und Kommunikation mit dem Steuerbüro
- Entwicklung von Finanzstrategien, um die finanzielle Stabilität des Unternehmens sicherzustellen
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Steuervorschriften und anderen regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Optimierung der finanziellen Abläufe
- Reporting
- und Planungs-Tools pflegen und bei deren Weiterentwicklung mithelfen
**Anforderungen**:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finance oder Controlling
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder in einem verwandten Bereich
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Finanzberichten und in der Analyse von Finanzdaten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Konzepte einfach zu erklären
- Gutes Verständnis von Steuervorschriften und anderen regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie analytisches Denken
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und selbstständig in einem remote Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten
- Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office (Schwerpunkt Excel)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
