In your new role you will:

- Take over responsibility for overall **fiscal year Cost Reduction **(CR) and **suppliers **targets **as well as **prepare target CR **for medium and long term for the suppliers based on the demand forecast and market development
- Contribute to the **definition of the long-term silicon foundry supplier strategy **including **risk assessment **and **supplier evaluation**:

- **Monitor and report **on a monthly base of the **CR **and **Purchasing Volumes **(PVO) projection for the suppliers
- Continuously **align and cooperate **with an international and multi-cultural team all around the world (e.g. Front End SiFo, Front End, Divisions, Finance, Operational Planning and Controlling) to ensure consistent communication
- Participate to **annual negotiation event **and **set up annual price negotiation **for its suppliers, being responsible for **RfQ **towards its supplier for existing business and, together with Business Development (BD) of RfQ for new business awards **following the RfQ standard process **, **evaluation matrix **defined within the Silicon Foundries Procurement Team
- **Drive RfQ negotiations **, prepare **RfQ analysis **and **present **to the Silicon Foundry Board (SIFO Board) for decision, taking into account **total cost of ownership**:

- Take over **contract negotiation **, **drafting **and **closure ensuring **to capture all technical and other requirements from different stakeholders (e.g. Divisions, FE SiFo etc) being responsible for **SES **for its suppliers, **communication **and **corrective **measures **as well as for **risk management **of suppliers
- **Build up **and **maintain supplier relationships **to **key decision makers **and **organize **Quarterly Business Reviews **(QBR) in cooperation with FE SIFO where applicable
- **Manage the escalation **for business issues towards and from suppliers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in **Industrial Engineering **or **Engineering **, alternately a degree that combines technical courses and business administration
- At least **7+ years **of
relevant **working experience **in **technical procurement, negotiation **, **supplier relationship management **and in **leading projects**:

- **General knowledge of **supply chain **including **manufacturing processes **, **logistics **and **quality management**:

- **Demonstrated **strategic thinking **and **negotiation skills **such as **a solution-oriented mindset**:

- **A capability to **outline and present complex issues in a simple manner **while not neglecting the essential details**:

- **A strong **multi-cultural and interpersonal skillset **including **cross-functional teamwork**:

- **Strong communication skills **in **English**:

- **Willingness to travel if needed**
