**UNSER KUNDE**:
**Für einen unserer Kunden, eine digitale Strategieberatung, welche sich auf nachhaltige Wertschöpfung für mittlere bis große Unternehmen spezialisiert, suchen wir einen Director (m/w/d) Transaction Advisory / Deal Strategy.**
**WAS AUF DICH WARTET**:
- Du analysierst (digitale) Geschäftsmodelle für namhafte Private-Equity-Kunden im internationalen Kontext
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von kommerziellen / digitalen / technischen Date-Due-Diligence-Berichten für Buy
- und Sell-Side-Transaktionen
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von einer Equity Story und von (digitalen) Wertschöpfungsinitiativen für Portfoliounternehmen unserer Private Equity Kunden
- Du managest Projektanfragen und analysierst diese in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Expertenteam
- Du identifizierst Beratungsbedarf bei unseren Kunde, strukturierst Problemstellungen und entwickelst eigenständig Lösungen
- Du übernimmst Projekt
- und Teamleitungen und hast die Möglichkeit Dich in eine Partner-Rolle weiterzuentwickeln
**WAS DU MITBRINGST**:
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin mit herausragendem Abschluss, einen Masterabschluss mit Fokus auf (digitale) Strategieberatung, Transaktionsberatung oder digitalem Marketing, sowie mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und Technologieaffinität, bist ebenso kreativ und ein serviceorientierter, kommunikativer Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für die Arbeit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Excel
- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und hervorragende Kommunikations-fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Du sprichst Englisch und Deutsch
