Als **Cluster** **Director of Engineering** (m/w/d) gehörst du zum Leadership Team des Hotels und leitest ein Team von fünf Technikern. Zu deinen spannenden und verantwortungsvollen **Aufgaben** gehört unter anderem:

- Sicherstellung der Funktionstüchtigkeit aller technischen Einrichtungen im gesamten Hotel
- Planung und Koordination aller anstehenden Reparatur
- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Analyse der technischen Systeme sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen zur Optimierung eines energieeffizienten Hotelbetriebs (Sustainability Management)
- Konstante Evaluierung von Wartungsverträgen, Koordination der Fremdfirmen sowie Betreuung von Sachkundigen und Sachverständigen
- Teilnahme an ASA Sitzungen sowie stetige Überprüfung und Umsetzung von arbeitssicherheitsrelevanten Themen
- Energieeinkauf und -budgetierung
- Durchführung des Monats
- / Jahresabschlusses und vorausschauende Planung von technischen Projekten
- Leitung, Motivation und Entwicklung deiner Teammitglieder

In deiner Clusterfunktion betreust du ein weiteres Hotel, dessen anstehende Renovierung du maßgeblich begleitest. Du stellst die baurechtlichen Vorgaben sicher, erwirkst Abnahmen und Zulassungen und koordinierst die Baufirmen vor Ort.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- einen handwerklichen Abschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise innerhalb der Hotellerie, sowie sicherheitsrelevante Fortbildungen
- handwerkliche Fähig
- und Fertigkeiten sowie Kenntnisse über geltendes Baurecht
- Analysefähigkeit, organisatorisches Geschick sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Schwachstrom, Netzwerk und Telefonie
- gutes Wissen über Energieeffizienz und die neuesten Technologien
- Führungserfahrung, einen guten Blick für Kosten und gute Englischkenntnisse
