**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Sie verantworten die Durchführung der technisch-wissenschaftlichen Beratung unserer Kunden (Kliniken, Universitäten, Privatlabore) vor Ort bei der Anwendung unserer Produkte im Bereich Molekulare Diagnostik. Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen im Außendienst sowie externen Kunden in wissenschaftlichen und anwendungstechnischen Produktfragen und verantworten die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbetreuung von Produktdemonstrationen und -schulungen im Kundenlabor.
- Weitere Verantwortlichkeiten sind:

- Troubleshooting bei auftretenden Problemen bei Kunden vor Ort und über Telefon
- Aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebs
- und des Produktmanagements bei der Einführung neuer
- Produkte
- Überzeugende Präsentation der Leistungsmerkmale der BD Molecular Systeme gegenüber
- Kunden und Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams bei der Realisierung von Verkaufszielen
- Aktive Teilnahme an Kongressen, Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Workshops
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Systemen in Hinblick auf
- Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über neue Anwendungen bei Kunden und über Aktivitäten des
- Mitbewerbs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen aus Verkauf, Produktmanagement, Applikation und
- Technischem Service

**Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills, Competencies)**
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung der Fachrichtung Molekularbiologie oder eine gleichwertige Erfahrung aus der Praxis (beispielsweise als MTA, BTA, CTA) vorzuweisen. Weiterhin verfügen Sie über sehr gute theoretische sowie mehrjährige praktische Kenntnisse in der Real-Time PCR Assay-Anwendung und Optimierung und können optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung in der medizinischen Mikrobiologie, insbesondere im Bereich krankenhaus-assoziierter Infektionen und sexuell übertragbarer Krankheiten, vorweisen.
- Weitere Anforderungen sind:

- Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und im Schulungswesen im Bereich Real-Time PCR
- Systeme sowie in der Molekulardiagnostik von VorteilZielgerichteter Einsatz von aktuellen Hilfsmitteln und Techniken zur Arbeitsplatz
- und Selbstorganisation sowie effizienter Umgang mit PC und Bürokommunikationsmedien, insbesondere mit SFDC
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Professionelle Kommunikation sowie freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
- Gesundes Selbstvertrauen, Kritikfähigkeit sowie eine positive Grundeinstellung
- Die Fähigkeit, eigenständig Probleme zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und zu lösen
- Reisebereitschaft in Nord-/Westdeutschland, sowie gelegentlich zu anderen Zielen innerhalb
- von Zentraleuropa (z.B. Deutschland, Schweiz, Österreich, Osteuropa, Israel)
