As the new Campaign Localization Manager (m/w/d), you will play a pivotal role within the brand and communication team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the adaptation and implementation of master campaign assets across our European markets. This position serves as a crucial connection between campaign managers, regional marketing managers, external localization teams, and creative agencies. Additionally, you will supervise the production of all model and brand brochures, collaborating with external suppliers and aligning with various internal departments, including campaign managers and product managers, to ensure optimal use of available resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to the pan-European Corporate Identity (CI) and maintain consistency of local campaigns with the overarching global brand strategy, while managing localization requests and conducting marketing audits.
  • Oversee localization operations and coordination efforts.
  • Collaborate with the HMC team to facilitate corporate identity training, implement new guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across Europe while supporting local campaign planning.
  • Manage the production and digital transition of product and brand brochures as well as pre-launch materials.
  • Work closely with various internal departments (digital, 3D KV production, product management, legal, etc.) to gather essential input for brochures and leaflets.
  • Organize and curate content for the monthly internal newsletter.
  • Drive and enhance HME's internal branding strategy in collaboration with HR, General Affairs, and Brand Experience teams.
  • Streamline internal communication to ensure a coherent brand message and consistency.
  • Align internal assets for HME facilities in accordance with the latest marketing initiatives.
  • Develop bespoke exhibitions and materials to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and manage presentation materials for monthly G5 meetings for the Brand Communications team.
  • Coordinate external events, such as Pan-European Marketing Conferences, at least twice a year (both in-person and online), as well as internal events (e.g., agency gatherings).
  • Maintain daily communication with all markets to address issues, support specific requests, and ensure alignment with the Hyundai Motor Company team.
Qualifications:
  • A University Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the Marketing department of the Automotive industry (OEM) or a related Agency environment.
  • Proven Project Management skills in an international context are essential.
  • A strong understanding of the creative and strategic elements behind campaigns and the ability to apply materials effectively is crucial.
  • Proficiency in analyzing various localization proposals from different markets.
  • Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in German is a plus.
