Sie bearbeiten eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen, zum Beispiel:
- Erstellung von Schulungskonzepten gemäß den Industriestandards und -anforderungen
- Definition und Durchführung von Kompetenzbedarfsanalysen
- Erstellung von Trainings und Trainingsmaterial sowie Ernennung und Einführung von neuen Trainern
- Durchführung von Trainings zu den jeweiligen Anforderungen und Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Trainingsentwicklung
- Kommunikation mit allen Ebenen
- Sicherstellung der Schulungsdurchführung mit Schwerpunkt auf Schulungen zur Produktionsumgebung
- Vorantreiben der Implementierung von Best Practices am Standort Aachen
- Dokumentation der Trainings und Sicherstellung der Nachverfolgbarkeit für Audits

**Was Sie mitbringen**
Um diese Position bestmöglich auszufüllen und erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie Folgendes mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion und/oder Verantwortung, z. B. in den Bereichen Operational Excellence, Aus
- und Weiterbildung oder HR, vorzugsweise in der Pharmaindustrie
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Fortgeschrittene Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint, und Erfahrung mit SAP; MasterControl und Articulate 360 sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Teamwork, Followership / Leadership
- Fließend in Wirtschaftsenglisch und Deutsch
