Hauptverantwortlichkeiten der Position:
VERANTWORTLICH FÜR DEN AUFBAU UND DIE AUSFÜHRUNG DES BETRIEBS- UND STANDORTBUDGETS
- Aufbau des Budgets auf der Grundlage von Produktlinien/Dienstleistungsregionen, Vertriebs
- und Auftragseingaben und Betriebsverbesserungszielen
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Ist-Werten und Prognose der finanziellen Leistung

VERANTWORTLICH FÜR DAS MANAGEMENT DES BETRIEBS UND DIE LEISTUNG DES STANDORTES
- Verwaltung des Gesamtbetriebs, der Einrichtung und der Ressourcen, um definierte Ziele in Bezug auf Servicebereitstellung, Qualität und Kosten zu erreichen
- Vorantreiben von Produktivitätsverbesserungsplänen anhand definierter KPIs, Benchmarks und Standards - einschließlich der Digitalisierung der Prozesse
- Definition der Investitions
- und Betriebskosten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Industriestandards und der Effektivität

VERANTWORTLICH FÜR DIE EINHALTUNG DER QUALITÄT GEMÄß ZERTIFIZIERUNG DES STANDORTS SOWIE DIE SICHERHEIT ALLER MITARBEITENDEN
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Wabtec-Standards und -Vorschriften vor Ort
- Verantwortlich für die Zertifizierungen des Standortes (Qualität, Sicherheit, Umwelt, Cybersicherheit, spezielle Prozesse...)
- Verantwortlich für EHS am Standort

VERANTWORTLICH FÜR DIE KOORDINATION DER INTERAKTIONEN ZWISCHEN DEN VERSCHIEDENEN STAKEHOLDERN: FUNKTIONEN DES STANDORTES, DER PRODUKTLINIE SOWIE DER SERVICE-REGIONEN
- Verwaltung von Standort-S&OP auf der Grundlage der Informationen, die von der Produktlinie und der Transit Service Group bereitgestellt werden
- Unterstützung des Standortvertriebs bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Kundenkontakten

SEIEN SIE DIE SCHNITTSTELLE ZU DEN MITARBEITERVERTRETERN DES STANDORTS UND DEN EXTERNEN STAKEHOLDERN AUF DEM STANDORT
- Schnittstelle zu den Sozialpartnern unter Mitarbeit der Personalabteilung
- Schnittstelle und Repräsentanz zu den lokalen administrativen/rechtlichen/politischen Stakeholdern

Das Profil:

- Technischer Master
- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieur
- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung eines mittelständischen Unternehmens (industrielles B2B-Geschäft) in einer Übergangsphase mit klarem Fokus auf die Stabilisierung des operativen Ergebnisses und die Sicherung des Auftragseingangs
- Nachgewiesener finanzieller und operativer Hintergrund, der in der Lage ist, Schlüsselindikatoren für P/L-Verbesserungen zu identifizieren, die hauptsächlich mit der Verbesserung der Produktrentabilität zusammenhängen
- Persönlichkeit mit klarem Fokus auf lösungsorientiertes Handeln gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten, um die Supply-Chain-Prozesse zu verbessern
- Persönlichkeit mit einem Führungsstil, der sowohl einen pragmatischen Ansatz für sofortige KPI-Verbesserungen als auch mittelfristig die Entwicklung der Organisation hin zu einem selbststeuernden Managementteam erreicht
- Fließende Englisch
