**Your role will be to**:
In this role, you will be helping the marketing team in four key areas: CRM, paid acquisition, content marketing, and social media management. Here’s a taste of the kind of work you’ll be doing for us:
- Create reporting dashboards and analyze data for CRM and paid acquisition so as to understand the team’s impact, how to continue growing the Tandem community, and how to improve our retention and monetization strategies.
- Learn about and optimize our paid acquisition campaigns on TikTok and Google Ads.
- Be an integral part of building out the Tandem Ambassador Program, both online and offline.
- Take part in our creative meetings and get involved in the execution of our global marketing campaigns, such as social media challenges, offline campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Support the brand team in establishing a fun brand personality, writing style, and tone of voice and assist in developing the Tandem Brand Book.
- Manage, monitor, and grow our social media channels including Instagram, and TikTok, and create videos yourself as well as with user-generated content.

Experience in any of these areas is preferred, but more important is a willingness to learn quickly and genuine enthusiasm for our mission.

**You are the right fit for the role if you**:

- Have a basic understanding of the marketing landscape and marketing channels for mobile apps.
- Be creative and full of ideas about getting people to learn languages.
- Have good quantitative and analytical skills, paired with a data-driven and creative work style.
- Be eager to learn within a small marketing team and to take ownership of your tasks.
- Be a great communicator, storyteller, and team player.
- Have good written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
