Doctoral Student in Organizational Behavior

The area Coporate Development focuses in its reasearch and
teaching on the management, strategy and design of orga
- nizations. Central areas of the area are entrepreneurship,
organization, human resources, strategy, and business ethics.

YOUR TASKS
- carry out empirical research projects in
the area of OB with a focus on diversity &
inclusion and social interactions at work
- collaborate with organizations
- publish in international journals
- work on a cumulative dissertation
- teach 2 SWS in OB topics and provide

teaching support to the OB Chair
- supervise bachelor theses

YOUR PROFILE
- scientific curiosity and academic orientation
- interest in the topics of D&I and social interactions at

work and empirical research methods both in terms of
data collection (e.g. field experiments, diary studies) and
data analysis (e.g. multilevel modeling, meta-analysis)
- interest in collaborating with organizations
- interest in teaching and supervision
- high level of proficiency in English
- university degree in psychology, business adminis
- tration, economics, or a related discipline

The position is available from 01 October 2023 on a part
- time basis (29,87 hours per week). It is initially limited to
3 years. If the applicant meets the relevant wage requi
- rements and personal qualifications, the salary is based
on remuneration group 13 TV-L of the pay scale for the
German public sector.
