**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Bearbeitung von Change Requests sowie die Unterstützung des Change Request Management
- Übernahme der Erfassung, Formulierung und Dokumentation von funktionalen und nicht funktionalen Anforderungen für die Anforderungsspezifikation
- Unterstützung bei Softwaretests sowie die anschließende Dokumentationserstellung
- Übersicht über die Produktqualität sowie der Austausch mit Stakeholdern und Schnittstellenpartnern
- Hilfestellung für die Kundenservicebereiche bei fachlich komplexen Fragestellungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, eine ähnliche Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Owner
- Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Confluence, Jira und Miro
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
