We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate **Head-of Strategy Projects (M/F/d) **to lead our **Strategy Projects Tech Team** at ABOUT YOU

Our Strategy Projects Tech Team is responsible for steering our most important strategic initiatives across our full system landscape. Doing so they ensure efficient and smooth cross-system solutions to enable our commerce business (all our About You shops in the different countries in which we operate).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- You will manage a team of 3 project managers and collaborate closely with different business stakeholders driving the projects from the business side
- You will report directly to our VP level and prepare MD decisions
- Challenge business requirements to minimize technical complexity while maintaining business value
- Plan the right time and capacity for our projects and resolve blockers and dependencies
- Lots of space for your own ideas and creations, flat hierarchies, and very short decision-making process

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable course of study
- 3-5 years of practical experience in tech project management
- Deep understanding of business and tech processes
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and quality, along with risk and critical path management
- practical experience of working directly with engineering teams
- You have an analytical, data-driven, and efficiency-focused approach
- You like to work hands-on with high attention to details and have a get-things-done mentality
- Very good written and spoken English skills

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

**Working model**:
Due to the upcoming tasks and responsibilities for this position, it is required to work onsite at our headquarters in Hamburg on a weekly basis. Therefore we’ve implemented a hybrid working model that allows us to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and to work onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
