Für unseren Kunden, einem Traditionshaus spezialisiert auf Bankdienstleistungen für private Kunden, Unternehmer und ihre inhabergeführten mittelständischen Unternehmen und institutionelle Anleger suchen wir am Standort **München** für den Bereich **Marktfolge Kredit** eine **Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d) Capital Markets.**
Ihre Aufgaben
- Führung und aktive Steuerung eines Expertenteams der Abteilung Capital Markets
- Verantwortung für die fachkundige Bearbeitung des Bestands
- und Neukreditgeschäfts
- Umsetzung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Vorgaben für das Kreditgeschäft
- Begleitung und Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Entscheidungen und Genehmigungen im Kreditgeschäft
- kontinuierliche Information Ihrer Mitarbeiter über wesentliche Änderungen der geschäftlichen Rahmenbedingungen und bei Marktveränderungen
- aktive Mitarbeit bei der Geschäfts
- und Prozessoptimierung

- abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder Abschluss eines volks
- oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiums in Verbindung mit guten Fachkenntnissen im Kreditgeschäft, insbesondere in der Analyse komplexer Geschäftsberichte
- erste erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung, insbesondere in der Begleitung und Steuerung von Veränderungsprozessen
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Aufgabengebiet
- strategisches und unternehmerisches Handeln sowie konzeptionelles und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Expertise im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement
