Innerhalb unseres Bereiches Informationstechnologie besetzen wir am Standort Parkgürtel ab sofort die Stelle als Future Technology Lead (m/w/d):
**Aufgaben**
- Du beobachtest Marktentwicklungen und identifizierst zukunftsfähige, neue Technologien in der IT
- Du recherchierst nach Anwendungsfällen dieser Technologien und generierst Innovationsideen
- Du bewertest neue Technologien hinsichtlich ihrer grundsätzlichen Potentiale sowie der spezifischen Einsatzmöglichkeiten innerhalb der RheinEnergie bzw. im Konzernumfeld
- Als „Product Owner“ bist du verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung neuer Technologien
- Du analysierst und bewertest Anforderungen der Business-Bereiche im Kontext der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, um Potenziale neuer Technologien einschätzen zu können
- Du bearbeitest Anwendungsszenarien neu identifizierter Technologien mittels vorrangig agiler Vorgehensweisen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen
- Du etablierst zukunftsträchtige Technologien im Sinne eines Service Offerings
- Du stellst Technologien wie z.B. Robotics Process Automation (RPA) bereit und entwickelst diese stetig weiter

**Profil**
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/-Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Informationstechnologie mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig und hast einen großen Willen und die Bereitschaft, dir neue Fähigkeiten in Eigeninitiative anzueignen sowie die Fähigkeit mit relevanten neuen Technologien umzugehen
- Du kannst analytisch, kritisch und innovativ denken
- Du hast eine sehr hohe Beratungskompetenz, Einsatzbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Projektleitung mit
- Du bist stark im Präsentieren und Moderieren
- Du hast eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und gehst systematisch und methodisch vor

**Darum RheinEnergie**
Diese Stelle wird mit der Entgeltgruppe 13 gemäß Tarifvertrag für Versorgungsunternehmen (TV-V) vergütet. Dies entspricht bei einer Vollzeitanstellung einem Bruttojahresgehalt von rund 64.000 - 92.000 Euro (abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation).
Zusätzlich zum tariflichen Entgelt erhalten unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zahlreiche Sonderleistungen und Benefits, wie zum Beispiel einen Rabatt auf Energie und Wasser in Höhe von bis zu 1.080 Euro, eine zusätzliche variable Vergütung, abhängig vom Unternehmensergebnis, in Form von Prämien und Incentives sowie eine betriebliche Altersvorsorge in einem Wert von 8,7% des jeweiligen Bruttojahresgehalts.
