Das Architektur
- & Portfoliomanagement (AP) der BWI setzt die Leitplanken und macht Vorgaben für die strategiekonforme Ausrichtung des Service
- & Leistungsportfolios sowie der IT-Architektur der BWI, abgeleitet aus den strategischen Rahmendokumenten, Konzepten und Planungen der Kunden, des Gesellschafters und der BWI. Dabei übernimmt das Architektur
- & Portfoliomanagement als strategischer Partner die Verantwortung für die transparente und effektive Planung der benötigten IT-Leistungen. Der Bereich Operationalization (OPS) innerhalb von AP macht das Service Portfolio und die IT-Architektur der BWI für die Organisation nutzbar und schafft die Voraussetzungen für Optimierungen und Weiterentwicklungen in der BWI. Der Bereich unterstützt die Demand
- und Angebotsphasen durch das Einbringen der Architekturvorgaben und Referenzarchitekturen sowie durch das Treffen von Architecture & Portfolio Entscheidungen. Die Berücksichtigung der Informationssicherheit spielt bei der Entwicklung der Architekturprinzipien, -vorgaben und Referenzarchitekturen eine wesentliche Rolle.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Definition der Release-Zyklen des Service Portfolios und Unterstützung bei der zugehörigen Release-Planung bzw. -Umsetzung
- Definition und Pflege der Service-Pipeline inkl. vertraglich fixiertem Berichtswesen für den Kunden
- Sicherstellung einer transparenten Service
- und Weiterentwicklung unter Berücksichtigung des Realisierungsfortschritts auf Basis einer Service Pipeline
- Abschätzung der Auswirkungen neuer Anforderungen an das Service Portfolio hinsichtlich technischer und infrastruktureller Machbarkeit
- Richtlinienkompetenz und Verantwortung für den Servicezuschnitt im Rahmen der Entwicklung / Weiterentwicklung von Services
- Portfolioberatung innerhalb der jeweiligen Kunden-Geschäftsfelder
- Unterstützung bei und Zulieferung von Beiträgen zur Portfolio
- und IT-Strategie
- Unterstützung bei der Anforderungsberatung und Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation der Kunden-Anforderungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fachhochschul-)Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Entwicklung und/oder Portfoliomanagement, Erfahrung in Projektleitung oder fachlicher Führung von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung und Methodenkompetenz im Service Design
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Service Delivery Prozess zur Erbringung von IT Dienstleistungen und ITIL Prozessen
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
