**HOURGLASS COSMETICS - Retail Artist (Part Time)**

**This position is for 3 days (24 hours) per week on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.**

**Die Stelle ist ausgeschrieben fuer 3 Tage (24 Stunden) pro Woche vorzugsweise Donnerstag - Samstag**

**WHAT YOU DO**:

- Be a brand ambassador in store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines, in line with brand image and DNA
- Build a client based business
- Builds relationships with staff and management in store to improve the partnership with retailer
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals
- Provides exceptional internal and external client experience
- Respect retailer/store procedures, guidelines and brand confidentiality
- Sei ein Markenbotschafter im Store durch die Einhaltung der Hourglass Richtlinien, passend zum Markenimage & DNA
- Baue das Business durch einen gewonnenen Kundenstamm aus
- Stelle eine starke Beziehung zum Personal & Management und somit zum Retailer her
- Erreiche und uebertreffe taegliche Umsatzvorgaben
- Biete aussergewoehnlichen Kundenservice
- Respektiere die Prozesse/Richtlinien der Retailer und die Geheimhaltung der internen Informationen

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Prior make-up artistry or skincare experience - Vorhandene Make Up Artistry oder Skincare Erfahrung
- Luxury retailer experience preferred - Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Retailern im Luxussegment
- Exceptional make up artistry skills - Aussergewoehnliche Make Up Artistry Faehigkeiten
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals - Erfahrung in der Erreichung von vorgegebenen KPI's
- Sales experience - Erfahrung im Einzelhandel/Verkauf
- Excellent interpersonal skills - Exzellente zwischenmenschliche Faehigkeiten
- Ability to work weekends - Wunsch/Moeglichkeit am Wochenende zu arbeiten
