**What will you do**:
As a Head of Product Management (f/d/m) you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and successful delivery of our cutting-edge autonomous driving solutions. For this, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Product Management to join our fast-growing deep tech company. With an established team of 5 product managers, you will build upon their expertise while providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their full potential. You will be closely collaborating with the CPO to discuss strategic initiatives, and with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, UX Design, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations, to ensure the customer-centricity and product-driven focus of our organisation

- leading and managing a team of product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to maximize their performance and growth.
- aligning product strategy, vision, and execution across Engineering, Marketing, UX Design, Business Development, and Operations.
- driving a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring that our products deliver value to customers and align with our overall product strategy.
- defining an executable product roadmap, track the progress and establish a continuous feedback loop working closely with engineering and operations
- being a champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and metrics to drive product insights, performance measurement, and optimisation.

**What **you **will bring to the team?**:

- Several years of experience in product management roles, preferably in deep tech, automotive, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product management teams.
- Deep understanding of product discovery and delivery processes, with a focus on customer value and product strategy alignment.
- Strong knowledge of deep tech, including hardware and software, and its implications on product management.
- Foster a product management mindset throughout the organization and leverage analytics and metrics for data-driven decision-making, to drive product insights and performance optimization.
- Previous experience in a B2B environment and working with safety-critical systems is highly desirable.
